Own the customer-facing surface end-to-end — Next.js, motion, design system, performance budgets. You will sit next to design and ops and ship the experience our assignees see every day.
Founding Voice + AI Engineer

Build Aira, the voice and reasoning system that runs every relocation. LiveKit, low-latency STT/TTS pipelines, tool-calling agents, and the eval harness that keeps quality from regressing.

Technical conversation
A 90-minute working session with a founder — design tradeoffs, architecture choices, code we can read together.
Trial project
A scoped, paid trial — typically a week — on a real piece of the roadmap. You see how we work; we see how you work.
Offer
Cash, equity, and a clear ramp. We aim to close within a week of the trial wrapping.
