Can my family join me?

Yes. Tell us who’s travelling and we’ll filter for the right number of bedrooms, child-friendly buildings, and family-oriented neighbourhoods.

What if something breaks during my stay?

Raise a ticket from your stay link or message your concierge. AC, plumbing, Wi-Fi — most issues are resolved same-day with full SLA tracking.

Can I extend my stay?
