- Do I need to be relocating for work?
- No. Anyone booking a stay of 28 nights or more is welcome — sabbatical, family move, project work, between-homes, or just a long visit.
- How do I pay?
- Your accepted quote and invoice show the payment methods enabled for that booking. Bank transfer and configured online methods are recorded against the same booking reference.
- Can I extend my stay?
- Yes — request an extension from the booking. Ops confirms availability, the revised rate, and any changed terms before you accept.
- What if I need to cancel?
- Cancellation terms are property- and booking-specific. The written quote and booking detail show the applicable policy before you approve.
- Are pets allowed?
- Some properties yes, some no — every listing shows pet policy upfront. Filter by pet-friendly to see only the homes that welcome them.
- Will I be treated like a corporate client?
- Yes. Direct stays use the same tracked ticket, document, and escalation workflows as corporate stays.
