Do I need to be relocating for work?
No. Anyone booking a stay of 28 nights or more is welcome — sabbatical, family move, project work, between-homes, or just a long visit.
How do I pay?
Card, bank transfer, or UPI for Indian residents. International travelers can pay by card or wire. We invoice with full GST and don’t ask for cash.
Can I extend my stay?
Yes — just message your concierge. Extensions are usually confirmed within a few hours, often at the same nightly rate.
What if I need to cancel?
Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in for most properties. Each listing shows its specific policy clearly before you book.
Are pets allowed?
Some properties yes, some no — every listing shows pet policy upfront. Filter by pet-friendly to see only the homes that welcome them.
Will I be treated like a corporate client?
