- Send us your MSA template and a primary contact. We confirm the onboarding plan and timing in writing, then walk your team through the dashboard.
- Can you handle a multi-city deployment in one sweep?
- Yes. Tell us the cities and headcount; we surface vetted options across all of them in a single shortlist your team can review side-by-side.
- What does pricing look like?
- You pay one final all-in nightly rate plus GST — our margin is included in that rate, and there is no separate platform-fee line. - How do you vet properties?
- Every property is reviewed and approved by the ikan ops team before it goes live. Reviews are post-stay only, weighted by length of stay, and never editable by suppliers.
- What happens when something goes wrong?
- Our duty team coordinates each issue with the property and local partners. Tickets are logged in the dashboard with SLA tracking, and the relevant parties are notified when a case is opened.
