How does revenue share work?
You get 100% of the rate you set — we add a transparent platform fee on top, paid by the corporate client. No surprise commission deductions from your payout.
How do I list my property?
Apply via the partner page. We onboard you in 2 working days: photo upload, rate setup, calendar sync, and a quick onboarding call with our supplier team.
Do I need to give exclusive inventory?
No. List as many or as few units as you want. Block dates whenever you need to. We work alongside your direct bookings and other channels.
What kind of properties do you accept?
Serviced apartments, hotel residences, branded residences, and managed villas across India’s major cities. Minimum standard is 4-star equivalent finishings, fully furnished, with reliable Wi-Fi and weekly housekeeping.
Can I update rates and availability myself?
Yes — fully self-serve dashboard. Or send us your channel manager and we’ll integrate with most major PMS systems.
What happens if a guest damages the property?
Every booking is backed by a corporate guarantee or individual security deposit. Damage claims go through our ops team with photo evidence and supplier sign-off.
