- How does revenue share work?
- You get 100% of the net rate you set — ikan adds its margin on top to form the client’s single all-in rate, so nothing is ever deducted from your payout. No surprise commission games.
- How do I list my property?
- Apply via the partner page. The supplier team reviews the property, confirms the onboarding timeline, and guides photo upload, rate setup, and calendar sync.
- Do I need to give exclusive inventory?
- No. List as many or as few units as you want. Block dates whenever you need to. We work alongside your direct bookings and other channels.
- What kind of properties do you accept?
- Serviced apartments, hotel residences, branded residences, and managed villas across India’s major cities. Minimum standard is 4-star equivalent finishings, fully furnished, with reliable Wi-Fi and weekly housekeeping.
- Can I update rates and availability myself?
- Yes — use the self-serve dashboard or connect an iCal calendar feed. Additional channel-manager integrations are assessed with the supplier team.
- What happens if a guest damages the property?
- Deposit or guarantee terms are set per booking. Damage claims go through Ops with supporting evidence and the relevant parties’ review.
