Aira specialist agents — nine of them, one router
Immigration, Schooling, Documents, Concierge, Pricing, Supplier, Search, Holds, Bookings — each a focused expert, each with its own toolset and prompts. The router picks the right specialist per turn; you see who answered via the agent badge.
After-care reminders, Family Hub, Cultural Briefings (11 cities)
Post-arrival reminders for FRRO, school admissions, and lease renewals run on a schedule. The Family Hub keeps spouse and dependent context in one place. Cultural briefings are now live for 11 Indian cities.
Loyalty + Referrals — four tiers, ledger, share links
Bronze, Silver, Gold, Atlas. Every confirmed stay accrues points; the ledger shows the source of each entry. Referral share-links credit both sides on first booking.
Voice — five Indian languages, mid-call mode switch, adaptive tone
Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi (plus English). Switch language mid-call, switch from voice to text without losing context, and the tone adapts (more formal first contact, warmer once we know you).
Desktop apps for Mac and Windows — coming soon
A signed Tauri build of the ops console for Mac (Apple Silicon + Intel) and Windows is in the pipeline. Notarisation is queued; opt-in beta opens to Atlas customers next week.
Aira talks like a human — voice + text are one surface
The Aira pill is now a single unified surface (no more text/voice tabs). Tap the mic to start a real conversation; type or speak interchangeably; transcripts interleave in one stream. Inspired by ElevenLabs’ talk-to-support pattern.
Agent identity badge on every reply
Each Aira response now shows which specialist agent handled it (Search · Holds · Bookings · Pricing · Concierge…) plus the response latency. Click the badge to see the router’s reason for picking that agent.
Generative-UI cards for property results, pricing, and city guides
Aira now answers with interactive cards instead of plain text wherever possible — search results, pricing breakdowns, city guides, hold status, booking summaries. Each card shows source attribution + freshness + confidence.
⌘K command palette
A keyboard-first navigation surface with Aira prompts baked in. Press ⌘K (or Ctrl+K) anywhere on the site to jump to a city, ask Aira a question, or open any page.
Liquid-glass design system
Adopted Apple Liquid Glass 2026 patterns — translucent surfaces with depth, spring-physics motion, specular highlights. Applied first to the client and ops dashboards.
Trust pages — /security, /status, /careers
Public security stance with vendor list and retention windows; live status page; careers page with two founding roles open.
Strict card-first directive on every Aira agent prompt
Every specialist agent now inherits the same anti-prose-fallback directive. Tool calls also have try/catch wrappers (“safeExecute”) so a single failing tool can never crash a stream — the user sees a recovery card, never a 500.
Homepage Aira demo strip
The first thing visitors see now is a 25-second autoplaying demo of Aira finding a flat, in real time — typewriter cursor, live property card, the whole experience. Click “Talk to Aira now” to drop into voice mode.
