How the rate breaks down

On every confirmed booking, you see a single final rate — what you approve, what your finance team gets the invoice for. The supplier’s net rate plus a published markup is rolled into one number. We never expose markup mechanics to a client or traveler.

  • Nightly rate — the property’s published nightly figure.
  • GST — 18% on the nightly rate (input-credit-eligible for B2B clients).
  • Platform fee — none. The platform is free to use; we earn from the property side.
  • Refunds + cancellation — see the cancellation policy; it varies by property.

What’s actually included for free

Every booking — even the smallest — includes:

  • Aira voice + text (no rate-limit, no upgrade tier)
  • The full client dashboard, with bulk CSV import on enterprise
  • Multi-language voice agent (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, English)
  • Document-OCR helpers (passport MRZ → FRRO autofill, etc. when those agents land)
  • 24-hour undo on every Aira write
  • A real human coordinator, on call, in every active city

FAQs

Do I pay for Aira separately?

No. Aira is the platform. There is no metered usage cost passed to the user.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No. Run one booking or a thousand. Pay per night, per booking, no annual contract.

Are markups disclosed?

Final rates are. Internal markup mechanics (supplier net + our margin) are intentionally not exposed to clients or travelers — the brief from finance teams was unanimous: “show me one number to approve.”

Do you offer corporate credit terms?

Enterprise plans include monthly invoicing on net-30 with finance-team-ready GST receipts. Standard plan defaults to per-booking payment but can move to net-30 once volume justifies.
